About the project

I’m refreshing my residential space and want it to embody a clean, minimalist aesthetic—think calm lines, purposeful pieces, and plenty of breathing room. I already have accurate floor measurements; what I need is your creative expertise to translate those dimensions into a cohesive concept and a clear, build-ready package. Here’s the flow I’m envisioning: • Concept phase: mood board and colour/material palette that set the minimalist tone without feeling sterile. • Layout phase: scaled floor plan (SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar) showing furniture placement, traffic flow, and storage solutions. • Visualisation phase: at least three photorealistic 3D renders that capture daytime and evening lighting. • Specification phase: itemised sourcing list with links or SKUs for furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor, plus an outline of any custom-built elements. All files—original source files, PDFs, and high-resolution images—should be organised and ready for hand-off. I’d like the full package delivered within a month, but interim checkpoints (concept approval and draft layout) will help us keep pace. If you have a portfolio that shows minimalist residential work and you’re comfortable collaborating over video or chat for quick feedback loops, let’s get started.
