About the project
I’m refreshing an office space and need an interior concept brought to life with polished 3D visuals. The moment we start I’ll share the floor plan, brand guidelines and a quick mood-board draft; from there I expect a cohesive design narrative, furniture layout and photorealistic renders that let stakeholders understand finishes, lighting and flow before we commit on site. Speed is critical—I’d like first review images almost straight away, so your proven experience delivering office interiors on tight deadlines is what will win this job. If you typically develop in SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit and finish with V-Ray or Lumion for lighting realism, please mention that, along with a link to previous office projects you’ve completed in similar timeframes. Final hand-off will include: • High-resolution still renders from multiple viewpoints • Source model with organised layers and textures • A brief materials list to guide procurement Once I approve the concept, we can discuss any final tweaks, but the core design and visuals should be wrapped up ASAP.
