About the project

We are looking for an experienced interior designer/architect to design a mezzanine office space located above our retail showroom. The total area is approximately 15m × 7m (105 sqm), with a ceiling height of approximately 2.75m. We are looking for a design that is modern, premium, simple, and practical, with efficient use of the available space. The required spaces are: * General Manager’s Office – located on the right side overlooking the showroom. The full right-side frontage will be glass, providing a direct view of the showroom below. * Marketing Team Office * Accounting Team Office * Open Photography & Content Creation Area – a flexible open space for product photography, videos, and content creation. * Meeting Area – a meeting table integrated within the open area. * Restroom – located in the upper-left corner next to the external wall, allowing easier plumbing and exhaust installation. * Mini Bar / Coffee Station – next to the restroom, for coffee, drinks, and snacks. * Storage Area – the remaining space on the left side around/beside the staircase should be utilized as storage for the retail showroom downstairs. Scope of Work We are looking for a complete and practical design, not only 3D renders. The designer should provide: * Complete space planning * Furniture layout * Partition and glass layout * Electrical outlet and power distribution plan * Lighting layout * Internet and data point locations * Plumbing layout for the restroom and mini bar * Restroom exhaust/ventilation requirements * Ceiling and lighting plan * Material and finishing recommendations * 3D renders of the final design * Detailed dimensions * Execution drawings suitable for implementation by the contractor Air conditioning will be provided using standard split AC units, so no HVAC system design is required. The final design should feel elegant and high-end while remaining minimal, functional, and cost-effective. We do not want excessive decorative elements or an overly complicated design. We will provide the selected designer with the site dimensions, staircase measurements, and photos of the existing space.
