Convert Photo Into Detailed stl file

About the project

I have a reference photo and I need it turned into a watertight, high-resolution 3D file ready for printing. The end use is strictly 3D printing, so the mesh has to be manifold, free of non-manifold edges, and delivered in STL (OBJ as a secondary format would be helpful). Because the print will be produced at a fairly small scale, surface detail is important: sharp edges, clean contours, and no visible polygon faceting once sliced. Please keep wall thicknesses practical for FDM or resin workflows—nothing paper-thin that could warp or break. Acceptance criteria • High-detail sculpt faithful to the photo • One closed, error-free mesh suitable for slicing in Cura/PrusaSlicer/Chitubox • Scaled to fit within a 150 mm build volume (I can rescale if needed, but use this as a guide) • Delivered as .stl (+.obj if convenient) and a screenshot showing layer view in your slicer If you use ZBrush, Blender, Fusion 360, or similar, just note the tool so I know how you built it for future edits. Let me know your estimated turnaround and anything you need from me besides the photo—additional angles, dimensions, or clarification on undercuts.
