I’m extending my current patio and want a full set of 3D visuals plus permit-ready CAD drawings that capture a clean, modern aesthetic. The project includes a new slab, roof tie-in, and an aluminum screen enclosure that keeps bugs out while preserving sight-lines to the yard. Here’s what I need from you: • Photo-realistic 3D renders that show the extension from multiple angles, daylight and night scenes included. • Dimensioned CAD plans, elevations, and sections suitable for my local building department (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable format). • Details for the screen enclosure framing, anchoring, and mesh specification. • A concise material and fixture schedule so my contractor can quote accurately. I’m committed to a modern look—clean lines, muted finishes, and minimal trim. If we discover that built-in seating, a fire feature, or even an outdoor kitchen would enhance the design, I’m open to exploring those options during concept refinement.
