I would specify the logo/content placement clearly so the freelancer does not improvise. ## Badminton Tournament Jersey – Sublimation Artwork for Direct Printing We are looking for an **experienced sportswear sublimation designer** to prepare production-ready badminton jersey artwork based on our approved design concept. The final artwork must be suitable for **direct sublimation printing, cutting and stitching by the manufacturer**. ### TWO Neck Options Required Please prepare the same jersey design in: 1. **Collar Version** 2. **Round Neck Version** Both options should maintain the same overall design, colours and branding. ## FRONT OF JERSEY The front must prominently feature: **FIRE RALLIES UAE BADMINTON SENIOR ELITE TOUR 2026** The tournament identity should be the **main focus of the front of the jersey**. The layout should look premium, professional and suitable for an official UAE badminton ranking tournament. Final positioning and sizing must maintain good visibility without overcrowding the jersey. ## BACK OF JERSEY The back should be arranged in the following order: **PLAYER NAME** **UAE** **2 SPONSOR LOGOS** Player Name should be clearly visible and large enough to be read from a distance. **UAE** should appear directly below the player's name. The **two sponsor logos** should be positioned below UAE in a clean and balanced layout. The designer must leave sufficient space for different player-name lengths without affecting the overall design. ## SUBLIMATION PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS The freelancer must: * Recreate/refine our selected concept into proper **production-ready sublimation artwork**. * Prepare artwork using the manufacturer's actual jersey pattern/template. * Prepare all individual garment panels including front, back, sleeves, collar/neck and side/shoulder panels where applicable. * Ensure design elements align correctly when panels are stitched together. * Keep logos and important text away from seams, cutting and stitching areas. * Use vector/high-resolution logos. * Prepare correct bleed and safe areas. * Prepare colours suitable for sublimation production using CMYK/Pantone references where required. * Ensure the final artwork requires **no redesign by the printing factory**. ## DELIVERABLES * Collar version – Front & Back * Round Neck version – Front & Back * Complete flat sublimation artwork for all garment panels * Editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) source files * Print-ready vector PDF * High-resolution production PDF * Fonts outlined and logos embedded * CMYK/Pantone colour references * Front & Back jersey mock-ups for approval ### IMPORTANT This is **not a 3D mock-up-only project**. We specifically require a designer who understands **sports jersey sublimation, garment pattern placement and direct-to-production artwork**. Please provide examples of previous **production-ready sublimation/pattern files**, preferably for badminton or other professional sports jerseys. We will provide the jersey concept/reference, tournament branding, Fire Rallies branding, sponsor logos and manufacturer's template.
