Small Mall Retail Shop – Architectural, Working & 3D Drawings I am looking for an architect / architectural designer / drafter experienced in mall retail shop fit-out projects for a small shop in a mall. Scope of Work The freelancer will be required to prepare the complete drawing package, including: 2D Architectural Drawings Floor Plan Elevations Sections Dimensioned working drawings Shop layout as per actual site/shop dimensions Electrical & Plumbing Electrical layout Lighting layout Switch/socket points Plumbing layout, wherever required Structural / Working Drawings Required structural/working details Drawings suitable for mall fit-out submission 3D Design 3D shop interior/exterior view as applicable 3D visualization/rendering of the shop Front elevation/entrance 3D view Interior 3D view showing proposed finishes, furniture, lighting and overall design Final realistic renders suitable for presentation/approval Mall Approval Drawings must follow the mall's fit-out/design guidelines. Incorporate changes/comments given by the mall. Required revisions for mall submission should be included. Freelancer should be able to coordinate regarding drawing-related changes until mall approval, as agreed. Project Details Project: Small retail shop inside a mall Approx. area: 96 sq ft (final dimensions will be provided) Location: Delhi, India Purpose: Mall fit-out and approval Software: AutoCAD preferred; 3D software such as SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit/other suitable software is acceptable. Mall guidelines and available shop/site information will be shared with the selected freelancer. Freelancer Requirements Please apply only if you have experience in: Mall retail shop design Retail/mall fit-out drawings Architectural working drawings AutoCAD Electrical & plumbing layouts 3D interior/exterior design and rendering Mall approval/submission drawings Handling revisions based on mall comments Delhi/NCR mall project experience will be preferred. Budget My total budget is ₹5,000–₹7,000 for the complete scope. Please provide your best fixed price and clearly mention what is included. If 3D renders, structural drawings, stamp/signature, or mall approval coordination require an additional fee, please mention it clearly in your proposal before starting. Please Include in Your Proposal 2–3 samples of similar mall/shop projects. Examples of your 3D shop designs/renders. Your experience with mall approval drawings. Your best fixed price for the complete scope. Number of revisions included. Estimated completion time. Whether architect/engineer stamp and signature can be provided/arranged if required by the mall. Any additional charges that may apply. Important: Please quote for the complete scope rather than only the basic floor plan. I need a freelancer who can handle the 2D drawings + working drawings + electrical/plumbing + 3D design/rendering + mall submission revisions as one complete project.
