About the project

I’m building an iOS-only app that lets users upload a few photos of themselves and instantly receive a short 3D cartoon video where the same character stays perfectly consistent from start to finish. The workflow I have in mind is: • User opens the app, chooses “Upload Photos,” selects 3–5 images from the camera roll, and confirms. • Your AI pipeline analyses those images, builds a single, reusable 3D avatar, and renders a short animated clip (10–20 s) without losing likeness or outfit details between shots. • When the preview is ready, the user can watch it, choose to regenerate, or purchase the full-resolution export. • A payment screen (Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase—whichever is faster to certify) unlocks the downloadable HD file once the transaction succeeds. Key points I need you to cover – Native Swift / SwiftUI front-end that feels at home on iPhone. – A Core ML or TensorFlow Lite model—or a server-side endpoint if it cannot run on-device—that converts photos to a rigged 3D mesh and renders the animation, returning an .mp4. – Logic that keeps head shape, hair, skin tone, clothing colours, and any glasses consistent across every frame. – Basic asset-management so the avatar can be reused for future clips without new uploads. – Secure integration of the payment gateway plus receipt validation. – Simple dashboard or logs so I can trace failed renders and payments during TestFlight. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Xcode project that builds on the latest iOS stable release. 2. Trained or packaged AI model with documented inference steps. 3. End-to-end demo video showing photo import, avatar generation, preview, purchase, and HD export. 4. Read-me outlining any external services, API keys, or ongoing costs.
