Product Image Editing – Consistent Collection of 84 Images

About the project

I am looking for an experienced product image editor / AI image specialist to help create a consistent, professional set of product images for a collection of premium dog memorial urns. Project Scope The collection consists of: 21 different dog breeds 4 images per breed 84 finished product images in total Each breed is shown from four consistent viewpoints: Front view Right-side angle Left-side angle Higher/front angle I already have the existing images for all 21 breeds. The objective is not to completely redesign the products, but to refine and standardise the images so the entire collection looks like it has been photographed as part of the same professional product photoshoot. Reference Standard I will provide 4 reference images of one finished product which will establish the visual standard for the entire collection. All remaining images should be edited to match these references as closely as possible, including: Background colour and treatment Lighting Shadows Exposure and contrast Colour grading Camera angle and framing Oak colour and finish Brass plaque appearance Dog sculpture scale Dog sculpture colour Dog sculpture material and finish Overall premium product-photography style The finished images should look like they belong to one consistent product collection. Dog Sculptures An important part of the project is ensuring that each dog is clearly recognisable as the correct breed. The differences between breeds should be reflected through features such as: Head shape Ear shape Muzzle Body proportions Paw size Coat/fur characteristics However, these are physical products and the dog sculptures will ultimately be 3D printed. The models therefore need to remain realistic as manufactured objects. I do not want extremely detailed photographic fur or features that would be impossible or unrealistic to reproduce with a 3D print. The appearance should remain that of a high-quality matte 3D-printed sculpture, rather than a real dog. Consistency Between Views The four images for each breed must clearly look like they show the exact same physical dog sculpture viewed from different angles. Features, proportions, colour, texture and detailing should remain consistent between all four views. The existing: Sleeping pose Product proportions Wooden urn design Brass plaque Dog position General camera viewpoints should remain consistent unless a small adjustment is required to improve the final image. File Structure and Handover I will provide all of the existing images via WeTransfer. The files will already be organised into separate folders by dog breed, with each folder containing the 4 images for that breed. For example: Beagle Existing image 1 Existing image 2 Existing image 3 Existing image 4 Labrador Existing image 1 Existing image 2 Existing image 3 Existing image 4 Please: Keep the existing folder structure Do not rename any files Edit and overwrite/replace each existing image while retaining exactly the same filename Keep the same image dimensions/aspect ratio unless agreed otherwise Return the complete finished folder structure to me via WeTransfer This is important because the filenames are already linked to my existing product setup. Deliverables 84 completed product images 21 breeds × 4 views Existing filenames retained exactly Existing breed folder structure retained High-resolution finished images Consistent image dimensions/aspect ratio Suitable for use on an ecommerce website, Etsy and other marketing material Final complete image folder returned via WeTransfer Workflow I will initially provide: The 4 master reference images The existing image collection organised into breed folders Ideal Freelancer I am particularly interested in someone experienced with: Ecommerce product photography Product image retouching AI-assisted image editing Maintaining consistency across large image sets 3D products / product visualisation Photoshop or similar professional image-editing workflows When applying, please include examples of previous product-image work, particularly projects where you have maintained a consistent visual style across a larger collection. Please also briefly explain how you would approach maintaining consistency across all 84 images and ensuring the four views of each breed look like the same physical sculpture. There is also potential for ongoing work, as I have two additional product collections that will require the same process once this first collection is completed successfully.
