KUKA Robotic Milling System Programming

About the project

I have a Robotic Solutions RMC60 robotic milling system with a KUKA KRC4 controller. I will provide finished 3D models of the parts I need to produce. What I need from you Your job is to take my 3D model, create the appropriate robotic milling/toolpaths, and send me a complete, machine-ready package. My goal is simple: I want to receive your finished files, copy them to a USB/thumb drive, transfer them to my KUKA controller, select the program, and run it. I do not want to have to modify code, troubleshoot compilation errors, rebuild toolpaths, or manually fix files after delivery. The finished package must include everything required by my machine, including as applicable: * KUKA .SRC program * Matching .DAT file * Any required supporting files, folders, or toolpath data * Correct file/folder structure * Correct KUKA syntax * Tool and base configuration coordinated with the information I provide * Milling parameters/toolpaths appropriate for the material and project Experience Required I am specifically looking for someone with experience in: * KUKA KRC4 * Robotic CNC/milling * Multi-axis robotic CAM programming * KUKA KRL/SRC/DAT programs * Post-processing CAM programs for KUKA robots * Troubleshooting KUKA compilation/program errors * Delivering programs that have actually been run on a physical KUKA robot Experience with Robotic Solutions RMC systems would be a major advantage. When Applying Please tell me: 1. What CAM software you use. 2. Your experience with KUKA KRC4 robotic milling. 3. Whether you have previously delivered machine-ready .SRC/.DAT programs. 4. Whether you can deliver a complete package that I can transfer directly to my controller. 5. Examples of similar robotic milling projects you’ve completed. 6. Your typical price and turnaround time per 3D model. This could become ongoing work. I expect to have multiple 3D models that need to be converted into machine-ready robotic milling programs. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to creating 3D models. I already have the models. I need someone who can take those models all the way through CAM/post-processing and deliver working KUKA machine files.
