3D Modeling of a Humorous FDM Spray Can Attachment – 3 Exclusive Character Variants
USD 30–250
About the project
I am looking for an experienced 3D designer / Blender artist to create three humorous character models that will function as replacement attachments for a standard spray can. A reference model can be provided after the project has been awarded to demonstrate the basic function, approximate dimensions and intended principle. The models must be original creations. They must not simply be copied from existing products, commercially available STL files, marketplaces or other designers. I am completely open to the use of traditional 3D modeling, sculpting, AI-assisted 3D tools or a combination of these methods. I do not care how the models are created as long as the final result looks good, functions correctly and is suitable for FDM printing. Required Character Variants Three different versions are required: 1. Attractive Female Character feminine and attractive body shape medium-sized breasts attractive but not excessively exaggerated proportions humorous overall appearance hairstyle must be suitable for FDM printing 2. Male Character clearly masculine body shape visible beer belly humorous and likeable appearance no unnecessarily fragile body details 3. Attractive Feminine / Ladyboy Character attractive feminine appearance feminine body proportions breasts aesthetic and humorous design should be clearly different from the first female character The three characters should be recognizable as separate designs and not simply identical bodies with minor changes. Exclusivity The character models created specifically for this project must not later be resold as identical STL files, 3D models or finished designs to other customers or on 3D marketplaces. I am not requesting ownership of the general idea of creating human characters or spray can attachments. The exclusivity requirement applies specifically to the finished character designs created for this project. Functional Requirement The figures will function as humorous replacement attachments for a spray can. A precise socket for the spray can valve stem must be integrated into the bottom of each model. Required dimensions: entry inner diameter: 4.00 mm this diameter must continue for exactly 5.00 mm after 5.00 mm there must be a sharp step to 3.80 mm inner diameter no tapered transition the internal spray channel must continue from there to the intended outlet opening The dimensional accuracy of this connection is important because the model must actually function on the spray can. FDM Printing Requirements The models will be manufactured using standard FDM 3D printers. Printability and mechanical stability are therefore more important than extremely fine visual detail. Particularly important: arms must be positioned close to the body hands should preferably touch or be integrated with the body or thighs no widely extended arms no thin free-standing fingers no long free-standing hair strands hair should preferably be connected to the head, neck or body no other thin or fragile protruding elements compact and stable body posture sensible minimum material thickness no unnecessarily thin connections the finished model should withstand normal handling without easily breaking minimize the need for FDM supports wherever reasonably possible clean closed geometry no mesh holes no self-intersections no hidden internal surfaces no overlapping body geometry manifold / watertight final mesh anatomically reasonable transitions between shoulders, arms, torso, hips and legs The characters do not need to be high-end cinematic or game characters. This is a humorous physical product. The priority is that the characters look good, are recognizable and attractive in their intended style, print reliably and are reasonably durable. Required Files For each of the three character variants I require: final print-ready STL file preferably also the fully editable Blender (.blend) source file The files must use correct real-world dimensions and be created in millimeters. Project Process The project can be completed using milestones. The first character will be created and reviewed first. Once the design, printability and functional connection have been approved, the remaining two variants can be completed. Please include examples of previous work involving: Blender character sculpting organic modeling 3D printing FDM-optimized models The most important factors for me are clean modeling, practical printability, stability and reliable functionality.
