About the project
I need a complete electric-motor design tailored for heavy-duty industrial machinery where sustained, high torque is the overriding requirement. The project covers the full engineering cycle—from concept sketches and electromagnetic calculations right through to detailed 3D CAD models, winding data, thermal analysis and a bill of materials ready for prototyping. Key objectives • Deliver continuous high torque at typical industrial supply voltages • Maintain reliability in harsh, high-duty-cycle environments • Meet common efficiency standards—compactness and energy savings are welcome bonuses, but raw torque matters most Your package should include: 1. Electromagnetic design files (Maxwell, Motor-CAD or equivalent) with clear performance plots 2. Mechanical drawings and 3D models (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) showing stator, rotor, housing and cooling layout 3. Thermal and structural FEA results validating the design under full-load conditions 4. A concise report summarising calculations, material grades and manufacturing assumptions Acceptance criteria • Rated torque and speed achieved within ±5 % of your predictions • Temperature rise stays inside insulation class limits after 1 h full-load simulation • All files open error-free in the stated software versions If you have questions about power ratings, duty cycles or available mounting space, feel free to flag them early so we can refine the specification together.
