About the project

Please noted that - 700USD fix price are both jet I will supply high-resolution reference photos, sectional drawings, and verified dimensions for the HAL Tejas and Dassault Rafale. Your task is to translate that data into two separate, highly accurate 3D files that a tooling shop can drop straight into mold machining or a printer can slice without cleanup. Focus areas The cockpit, engine assemblies, and landing gear must carry the finest level of surface and component detail; every panel line, actuator, and intake contour needs to read cleanly at scale. Secondary surfaces such as wings and fuselage still have to meet aero-profile tolerances but can be kept to a more uniform topology as long as they remain watertight. Technical expectations • Output format: single, watertight STL per aircraft • Geometry: non-manifold free, evenly distributed quads/tris, zero overlapping faces • Wall thickness: manufacturing-ready (I will confirm target scale once the base mesh is approved) • Naming & hierarchy: clear part naming so molds can be split logically • Revision allowance: up to three feedback cycles included in the fixed fee • Deadline: ASAP—please indicate the quickest realistic turnaround you can commit to Acceptance will be based on: 1. Dimensional accuracy against the supplied blueprints (±0.2 mm at 1:48 scale) 2. Successful import into SolidWorks and a slicing test in Cura without error flags 3. Visual approval of cockpit, engine, and landing gear fidelity on close-up renders If you specialise in production-grade hard-surface modelling and have files for CNC molds or SLA prints before, I’m ready to move quickly.
