3D Recreation, Floor Plan & Walkthrough Video – Addu City Bird Sculpture Plaza Project Objective I need an experienced 3D architectural visualization and landscape designer to recreate the attached reference image as an accurate 3D architectural concept. The attached image is the exact design concept I want to develop. The objective is NOT to create a completely new design. Instead, I want the freelancer to recreate this exact concept in a professional 3D model, while making it technically realistic and suitable for presentation and future development. ⸻ IMPORTANT – EXACT DESIGN TO FOLLOW The attached image must be treated as the main design reference. Please preserve the overall: * Shape * Layout * Sculpture position * Plaza arrangement * Seating arrangement * Planter arrangement * Lighting arrangement * Pedestrian circulation * Materials * Overall proportions * Modern architectural character Do not significantly change the concept without discussing it first. ⸻ 1. EXISTING BIRD SCULPTURE The existing bird sculpture is the main landmark. The sculpture itself must NOT be redesigned. Please recreate the sculpture as closely as possible to the reference image, including: * Bird form * Wings * Smaller bird * Position * Orientation * Overall proportions * Metallic appearance It should remain the dominant centerpiece of the plaza. The designer can improve the presentation around the sculpture, but the sculpture itself should remain unchanged. ⸻ 2. CENTRAL PLAZA Recreate the circular central platform shown in the reference image. It should include: * Central sculpture pedestal * Circular paving * Concentric platform levels * Integrated LED lighting around the circular edges * Clean modern stone/paving finish The sculpture should appear elevated and visually prominent. ⸻ 3. COMMUNITY & GATHERING SPACE The surrounding area should function as a small public gathering space. Recreate the curved seating areas shown in the reference. Include: * Curved benches * Multiple seating zones * Raised planters * Tropical plants * Comfortable pedestrian areas * Small groups of people for visualization * Accessible circulation The seating should face toward the central sculpture and gathering space. ⸻ 4. LANDSCAPING Use tropical landscaping appropriate for Addu City / Maldives. Include: * Tropical plants * Low-maintenance shrubs * Ornamental grasses * Palm trees where appropriate * Raised planting beds * Greenery integrated into the curved architecture The planting should remain clean and modern and should not hide the sculpture. ⸻ 5. FEATURE LIGHTING The lighting is an important part of the concept. Please recreate the lighting shown in the reference image. Vertical Light Columns Include tall modern vertical lighting columns positioned around the plaza. Do not redesign the road unnecessarily. DAYTIME VERSION Create a complete daylight version of the same design. The daylight render should show: * Blue/bright sky * Tropical surroundings * Sculpture * Plaza * Seating * Landscaping * Paving * Signage * Road * Complete architectural details The design must look attractive during the day without relying on artificial lighting. ⸻ 10. SUNSET / TWILIGHT VERSION Create a sunset/twilight render showing the transition from daytime to nighttime. This should demonstrate: * Warm architectural lighting beginning to illuminate * Sculpture highlights * Landscape lighting * Vertical light columns * LED strips * Evening atmosphere ⸻ 11. NIGHT VERSION The attached night image should be used as the primary night-time reference. The final night render should closely reproduce this atmosphere. The plan should clearly show: * Central sculpture * Sculpture pedestal * Circular plaza * Concentric platforms * Seating * Planters * Trees/plants * Light columns * Pedestrian paths * Road * Traffic movement * Signage * Entry/exit areas Include dimensions wherever possible. If accurate site dimensions are unavailable, clearly identify assumed dimensions and design the model so they can be adjusted later. ⸻ 13. 3D MODEL The complete design must be provided as an editable 3D model. Preferred formats: * SketchUp * Revit * 3ds Max * Blender Please specify which software you will use before starting. The camera should smoothly approach and move around the plaza. Suggested sequence: Scene 1 Approach the monument from the road. Scene 2 Move toward the central sculpture. Scene 3 Show the community seating and landscaping. Scene 4 Orbit around the sculpture. Scene 5 Show the complete plaza from an elevated angle. Scene 6 Transition from daylight → sunset → night. Scene 7 Finish with a wide nighttime view similar to the attached reference. The final video should be suitable for presentation to Addu City Council, government officials, stakeholders and the public. ⸻ 15. IMPORTANT – SITE ACCURACY The attached reference image represents the target visual design. The freelancer should first create the design based on this image. If actual site measurements, satellite imagery, CAD drawings or additional photographs are required, I can provide them separately. The freelancer should NOT assume that the image dimensions are construction dimensions. The first objective is to create an accurate architectural concept model. ⸻ 17. Freelancer Proposal Requirements When submitting your proposal, please include: 1. Examples of similar public-space projects. 2. Examples of roundabout/monument designs. 3. Examples of 3D architectural renders. 4. Examples of architectural walkthrough videos. 5. Software you will use. 6. Estimated completion time. 7. Total fixed price. 8. Number of revisions included. 9. Confirmation that all editable source files will be provided. ⸻ MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT The attached image is the design target. I am not looking for a freelancer to redesign the concept from scratch. I want the freelancer to take this exact concept and turn it into a professional, editable, technically organized 3D architectural model, floor plan, landscape/lighting concept and high-quality 3D walkthrough video. The existing bird sculpture must remain the main focal point and should not be redesigned. The final result should look realistic enough to present as a proposed community and gathering space for Addu City, Maldives.
