Job Title: AI Video Automation Expert – Daily TikTok News Repurposing (Voice Cloning + Photo Avatar) Job Type: Ongoing / Long-term (Daily) Budget: 500 USD for the completion of the job and 50 USD per month for management and maintenance Project Overview I am looking for an experienced freelancer to automate the daily creation of TikTok videos. We will be taking breaking news/content from a specific 3rd party TikTok news channel and repurposing it into new, original videos. The twist? I want the videos to feature my son's photo as the on-screen "host" and his cloned voice reading the news. This must be done daily for every new video posted by the target accounts I choose. Example: I have attached a reference video to this job post (please check the attachments). This is the exact style and pacing I am looking for. Scope of Work (Daily Tasks) 1. Monitoring: Automatically or manually check the specified TikTok account(s) for new posts each day. 2. Script Adaptation: Extract the core news narrative from the source video. Important: The script must be rewritten/prompt-engineered to avoid verbatim copying (to protect against TikTok's duplicate content flag), while keeping the exact factual information and tone. 3. Audio Generation: Use AI voice-cloning software (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT) to generate the voiceover using the provided voice samples of my son. 4. Video Assembly: Create a new video file that includes: · My son's photo (as a static overlay or using an AI avatar tool like HeyGen to animate the mouth). · Engaging background visuals (stock footage, screen recordings, or dynamic text animations). · Subtitles/Closed Captions (burned-in). 5. I need an AI-driven workflow that will take my existing content and automatically recreate it as polished explainer videos. The core task is the re-creation of videos—nothing else—so every step of the solution should focus on turning raw input (slides, scripts, or rough footage) into a finished explainer that is ready to publish each day. Here’s what I’m after: • A repeatable process built on the AI tools you know best (e.g., Synthesia, Pika Labs, RunwayML, Descript, or comparable platforms) that can import my material, generate the visuals and narration, then export in standard formats (MP4/1080p). • Simple prompts or templates I can reuse so daily production feels like scheduling a task, not reinventing the wheel. • Flexibility on style—2D, 3D, or whiteboard is fine—as long as the final product is clear, engaging, and distinctly an explainer video. Deliverables 1. Documented workflow with step-by-step instructions (screenshots or short Loom demos welcome). 2. A sample recreated video that proves the pipeline works. 3.
