About the project

I have a folder of original artistic design images that I want to bring to life on my 3 D printer. Each image needs to be cleaned up just a touch—minor smoothing or gentle line thickening only—then converted first to a crisp SVG and finally to a solid, manifold STL. Because the end use is 3 D printing, every STL has to slice without errors and keep the visual style of the source art. Dimension accuracy matters, but these aren’t tight-tolerance mechanical parts, so an artistic eye is more important than engineering tolerances. Preferred workflow would be something like Illustrator or Inkscape for the vector stage and Blender, Fusion 360, or a comparable tool for the 3 D build, but I’m flexible as long as the final files meet the criteria below. Deliverables for each image • Clean SVG of the design • Watertight STL ready for Cura/PrusaSlicer • Quick preview render or screenshot showing the finished 3 D form Acceptance criteria • No non-manifold edges or intersecting faces • Centered at origin and scaled consistently (I’ll provide target dimensions per piece) • Visual fidelity to the original artwork, with only the agreed-upon slight tweaks applied Let me know how many images you can process per day and any similar artistic conversions you have completed.
