Architectural / Floor Plan** * Complete ground-floor plan * Complete first-floor plan * Staircase design * Furniture layout * Door and window placement * Dimensions for all rooms * Setbacks and circulation planning * Parking layout * Kitchen and wardrobe planning * Bathroom layouts **2. Front Elevation** * Complete front elevation design * Modern and unique façade * Main entrance/door design * Main gate design * Balcony design * Window designs * Exterior materials and textures * Lighting design * Boundary/parking/front-area treatment **3. Complete 3D Design** * High-quality **3D exterior model** * 3D front elevation * Daylight view * Night view with exterior lighting * Multiple exterior views/angles * 3D views of important interior spaces * Realistic material, colour and texture selection **4.
