About the project

I will supply a complete DICOM series of my spine together with matching X-rays; however, this job is devoted solely to the cervical region. Using 3D Slicer or an equivalent FDA-cleared / CE-marked platform, segment every cervical vertebra individually and extract each adjoining intervertebral disc. No other soft tissue needs to appear in the final mesh. Once the segmentation is clean, generate watertight, manifold STL files that meet legal-grade accuracy for potential surgical review and 3-D printing. Deliverables • Project file with labeled segmentation • One STL per vertebra, plus a combined file that includes the corresponding discs • Short note on any preprocessing carried out (e.g., resampling, artifact cleanup) I value proven experience with medical 3-D reconstruction, so please reference similar clinical or research work you have completed.
