About the project

I need a fully realised 3D indoor workspace built and animated in Autodesk Maya, with final frames rendered through Arnold. The scene has to read as a believable, lived-in office or studio—no stylised fantasy or sci-fi touches—so careful attention to real-world scale, physically-based materials and convincing light behaviour is essential. Here is what I’m aiming for: • Room design: desks, chairs, shelving, wall finishes, props and subtle surface details that make the space feel used but not cluttered. • Lighting & materials: physically-correct shaders, realistic textures, and a day-lit setup that can shift into a moodier, late-afternoon ambience. • Camera storytelling: a short animated move (10–15 sec) that introduces the room, establishes atmosphere and ends on a strong composition. • Output: 1920×1080 .exr sequence from Arnold plus the complete, clean Maya project with organised Outliner and naming. Keep the workflow non-destructive; all assets should be easily editable for colour tweaks and alternate lighting passes. If you leverage Substance or similar texturing tools, just include the source files so I can iterate later. I’ll sign off once the render matches the reference photos I’ll provide and the animation flows smoothly without jitter or clipping. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any asset libraries you plan to use so I can clear licences on my end.
