About the project
I need a seasoned mechanical designer to take a hydraulic cone crusher concept—comparable in size and performance to the DYNAMIC HC420—and turn it into a full-blown, manufacture-ready CAD package. The job runs from clean 3D modelling right through to shop-floor documentation, so I will only shortlist professionals who have already detailed a cone crusher (or a machine of similar crushing duty) and can prove it with images, drawings or screenshots from past projects. Core requirements • Build a complete 3D model of the crusher, showing every assembly, sub-assembly and wear component. • Generate fully dimensioned fabrication drawings, GD&T, critical fits and tolerances. • Include hydraulic-related mechanical interfaces so the power-pack can bolt straight on. • Supply an itemised BOM with materials, specs and quantities. • Add any necessary exploded views for maintenance manuals. My workflow is centred on Autodesk Inventor, so native, editable Inventor files are essential in the final hand-over. If you work in another platform you must still be able to deliver loss-free Inventor files. When you reply, please state: 1. The cone crushers you have previously modelled or detailed (attach proof). 2. Your estimated delivery date for the full package. 3. Confirmation that you will supply the native Inventor source files. I’m looking for crisp, fabrication-ready output, not just a visual model, so attention to tolerancing and manufacturability will weigh heavily in the selection.
