3D Architect Needed for Agricultural Property Visualization

About the project

We are a real estate company focused on premium agricultural/farm properties and are looking for an experienced 3D Architect / 3D Visualizer / AR-VR Developer to create a highly realistic 3D digital model of our property. The objective is to create an immersive 3D experience that can be shown to prospective customers through AR/VR, allowing them to understand the property layout, surrounding landscape, farm development, amenities and proposed structures before visiting the actual site. This project may become an ongoing requirement for additional properties. What We Need: We will provide the available property/site information, including: Property/site layout Land dimensions and boundaries Survey/site plan or CAD drawings, if available Location information Proposed development plan Building/structure concepts Landscaping and farming concepts Images/references for the desired architectural style The freelancer will be responsible for converting this information into a professional, realistic and visually impressive 3D environment. Scope of Work: The 3D model should ideally include: Complete property boundary and terrain Internal roads and pathways Farm plots / agricultural areas Trees, plantations and landscaping Proposed villas / farmhouses / cottages Entrance/gate area Common amenities Water bodies, ponds or landscaping features where applicable Parking areas Utility/service areas Fencing and boundary elements Lighting Surrounding environment Other structures shown in our master plan The model should maintain accurate proportions and positioning based on the actual site plan. AR/VR Requirements The final model should be optimized for an immersive customer experience. We are interested in solutions such as: VR walkthrough First-person interactive walkthrough 360° views AR visualization Interactive property exploration Ability to move around the property View individual structures and amenities Different viewpoints / camera positions Potential future integration with Meta Quest or similar VR devices Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, Twinmotion, Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape or similar platforms is welcome. If you have experience creating WebAR/WebVR or browser-based 3D experiences, that would be an additional advantage. Visual Quality The final output should look premium, realistic and suitable for real-estate sales presentations. We are looking for: Photorealistic materials Realistic vegetation Natural lighting High-quality textures Realistic terrain Premium architectural visualization Professional landscaping Day/night visualization if feasible The goal is for a potential customer to feel: "I can actually see myself owning and living on this property." Deliverables The selected freelancer should provide: Complete 3D model of the property High-quality rendered views Interactive 3D/VR walkthrough AR/VR-ready optimized model Source/project files All required textures and assets Exported formats suitable for future editing Final presentation/demo version Basic documentation explaining how to operate the VR/interactive experience Preferred Freelancer Profile We are particularly interested in freelancers/agencies who have: Strong portfolio in real estate 3D visualization Experience with large land/property developments Experience creating architectural masterplans AR/VR development experience Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine Strong understanding of terrain and landscaping Experience optimizing 3D models for VR Good communication and ability to understand architectural/site drawings
