About the project
I require an experienced Revit architectural designer / 3D modeller to develop the exterior design and full Revit model for a residential project based on the attached CAD drawings. Scope * Import and accurately model the supplied CAD drawings in Autodesk Revit * Develop a high-quality 3D exterior design * Follow the supplied reference images/design intent closely * Make minor adjustments to the CAD/design where required to achieve the intended architectural appearance * Model façade elements, roof, windows, doors, balconies and other visible external features accurately * Provide high-quality exterior views/renders for review * Supply the complete editable Revit (.RVT) file, not only rendered images Important This is not just a rendering job. I need a properly constructed and organised Revit model that can be developed further. Please only apply if you have strong experience in residential Revit modelling and modern exterior/facade design. If the quality of the exterior model is good, I intend to continue with the same freelancer for the full interior design and modelling. Please include examples of your previous Revit residential exterior work with your proposal.
