Private Office Interior Design Needed

About the project

Zastraa is a women's westernwear fashion brand, and we have an existing, fully built-up garment factory. The factory structure and premises are already complete. We are now looking for an experienced Interior Designer to design the office and interior areas within the existing garment factory. The requirement is focused on interior design, space planning, furniture, lighting, storage, finishes and overall aesthetics. No factory construction or major civil work is required. Key Responsibilities Visit the existing garment factory and understand the available spaces and requirements. Develop a complete interior concept for the office and work areas. Plan spaces for design, merchandising, management, accounts/admin and other functions. Design workstations, furniture, storage, partitions and other interior elements. Select appropriate flooring, wall finishes, ceiling treatments, lighting, furniture, colours and materials. Create a modern, stylish and premium workspace that reflects Zastraa's fashion-forward identity. Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs/renders and working drawings as required. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians and other agencies for execution. Supervise the interior execution and ensure the finished space matches the approved design. Work within the allocated budget and recommend cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
