Print-In-Place Flexi Animals

About the project

3D Designer for 4 Small Flexi Animal Models We are looking for a 3D designer to turn 4 supplied character designs (shark, Labrador, tree frog and squid) into small FDM-printable flexi figures. The designs are already provided and should be followed closely. Small adjustments are completely fine where needed to make them print and move properly. This is a paid test with 4 models. If everything works well, we have around 70 additional figures to create afterwards. What we need * Approx. 50–60 mm maximum size * Bambu Lab FDM / 0.4 mm nozzle * Support-free and no manual assembly after printing * Simple print-in-place flexi/movable elements * Flexi Cutter or any other proven joint solution is perfectly fine * Reliable joints that do not fuse during printing * Rounded and durable – no sharp or very thin/easily breakable parts, as the figures will be used as toys * Large, protruding solid-black eyes as shown in our designs * Maximum 4 colors, preferably 2–3 * Different color areas as separate selectable parts, so we can quickly assign colors in Bambu Studio without manual painting * Reasonable/low filament usage We also attach a photo of another figure’s underside as a technical reference only. We like how its open/ribbed construction saves filament while remaining stable. The exact construction does not need to be copied. Logo We will provide our simple icon + text logo as an STL file. The logo should be recessed/debossed into the flat underside of every figure. It should be simple and clearly printable, not a separate part. Files For each figure we need: * 3MF for Bambu Studio with selectable color parts * STL * Editable source file * Correct size and print orientation We will test the models ourselves and can provide feedback if small adjustments are needed. Exclusivity & commercial use The commissioned character models must be exclusive to us. Upon payment, we need the rights to manufacture and sell unlimited physical prints/products commercially, as well as modify the models for our own products. The designer may not sell, license, share, publish, give away or upload the commissioned models/files anywhere else, including STL/3D marketplaces or free-download platforms, and may not reuse them for other customers. Please send us your price and estimated delivery time for all 4 models. If the first 4 models work well, we would like to continue with approximately 10 more and then around 60 additional models.
