Detailed Residential 3D Plan

About the project

I have a hand-drawn sketch of a residential property and need it transformed into a full 3D architectural model that shows both interior and exterior spaces in depth. I want every room, facade, and outdoor feature represented so I can review proportions, materials, and lighting before moving forward with construction. Please pay special attention to the living areas, all bedrooms, and the outdoor spaces; these zones should feel realistic, well-lit, and easy to navigate in the final model. You may work in Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or any comparable tool you are comfortable with—as long as the output can be shared in a common exchange format (DWG, SKP, RVT, FBX, or OBJ) and rendered for high-resolution stills. Deliverables • Native 3D file of the complete model • High-resolution renders (minimum 4K) from key viewpoints, covering exterior, main living area, bedroom suite, and outdoor zone • One fly-through or orbit animation (≈30–60 sec) to illustrate flow between highlighted areas • A brief PDF or image sheet noting overall dimensions and material references Acceptance criteria: the model must match the sketch’s footprint and scale, include doors/windows accurately, and exhibit consistent textures across interior and exterior surfaces.
