AI Product Evolution Animation

About the project

I have one high-resolution JPG of a product and I want to turn it into a short, self-contained animation that walks viewers through the full design journey. The piece should open with a loose pencil sketch of the item, gradually morph into a precise CAD-style wireframe, evolve into a fully shaded 3-D CAD render (the look you see in Inventor or SolidWorks), and finish on the untouched photograph. A plain, neutral background keeps all attention on the transformation, and each shift must feel like a continuous, organic morph rather than a hard cut or simple fade. You are free to rely on AI image-to-image tools such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or DALL-E to generate the intermediate frames, and to blend them in After Effects, Blender, or any compositing software you prefer, so long as the four stages are visually distinct and the final file plays smoothly on any modern device. Deliverables • 8-15 second animation (MP4 and GIF) at 1920×1080 or higher • Source project files for both the AI image generations and the compositing timeline • A short note on the workflow you used so I can replicate or adjust future iterations Acceptance criteria • Four clearly recognisable stages in the exact order specified • Plain, distraction-free backdrop throughout • Seamless, gradual morphing with no visual stutters or jumps • Final colours and proportions match the original JPG in the closing frame Let me know if you foresee any limitations with the supplied photo or need additional reference angles before getting started.
