Global Bank Churn Retention Analysis
USD 250–750
About the project
I have a consolidated set of customer-feedback surveys collected from several regions across our banking network. My priority is to turn these responses into clear, data-driven retention strategies that curb churn globally. You will receive the raw survey files plus metadata that links each respondent to their churn outcome. I need you to clean and structure the text responses, surface the themes that most strongly predict attrition, quantify their impact, and translate those findings into practical, bank-ready initiatives. Advanced analytics techniques—sentiment analysis, topic modeling, regression or classification models—are welcome as long as the final insights are transparent and actionable for senior stakeholders. Deliverables • An analytical report (slides or PDF) that highlights key churn drivers uncovered from the surveys, supported by charts and metrics. • A ranked set of retention recommendations mapped to the identified drivers. • A concise technical appendix or notebook so my internal data team can reproduce and iterate on your work. Accuracy, clarity, and business relevance matter more to me than academic rigor; please structure the findings so the executive team can act on them immediately.
