About the project

I’m ready to move from concept drawings to a fully coordinated model of a building built entirely from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels—specifically Hebel/Ytong. To do that, I need someone who lives and breathes AAC construction and can demonstrate the entire “building flow” in 3-D. Here’s what the assignment looks like: • Transform my 2-D sketches into a BIM model (Revit, Archicad, Tekla, or any equivalent you master) showing every panel, connection, reinforcement insert, and lifting point. • Produce shop drawings and panel schedules directly from that model. • Create a short walk-through or phasing animation that lets installers see the exact order in which each panel is placed. • Perform basic structural checks—span, bearing, fixings—to ensure the layout satisfies local code and manufacturer guidelines. Flag anything that clashes or needs redesign. I’ll provide PDF/DWG plans, load data, and the manufacturer’s technical manuals. I expect back: – Native model file and IFC export – Panel layout PDFs – A concise video or screen-capture animation explaining the flow Please reply with a detailed project proposal that highlights similar AAC (or precast) work you’ve delivered, the software stack you’ll use, and a realistic timeline you can commit to. The sooner we can get started, the better.
