About the project

I want to breathe life into the Class 9 and Class 10 textbooks by turning each chapter—starting with the English lesson “A Letter to God”—into a fully-realised, AI-assisted 3D animated video. Here is the experience I’m after: • 3D Animation sets the visual tone, keeping characters and environments true to the text yet cinematic enough to hold a teenager’s attention. • The mood balances education with entertainment; factual concepts must stay intact, but humour, expressive acting, and dynamic pacing should keep viewers engaged. • Text overlays and captions highlight key quotes, vocabulary, and take-away points without crowding the frame. • Background music and well-timed sound effects support the narrative flow, rising and falling with the dramatic beats. • Character dialogues and voiceovers drive the story, so clear lip-sync, natural performances, and clean audio mixing are essential. Scope of work 1. Script breakdown: distil each chapter into a concise screenplay while respecting the textbook’s learning objectives. 2. Storyboards / animatics: visual plan approved before full production. 3. 3D modelling, rigging, and animation: stylised yet relatable characters and settings. 4. AI tools: feel free to integrate tools such as Stable Video, Runway, or similar to accelerate backgrounds, lighting, or crowd scenes—so long as final output remains coherent and high-quality. 5. Post-production: edit, grade, and master the video; embed captions; mix music, SFX, and voice tracks; deliver in HD (16:9) and mobile-friendly formats. Acceptance criteria • Final runtime per chapter roughly 8–12 minutes unless the text demands otherwise. • Accurate representation of textbook content with no factual drift. • Smooth 3D animation at 24 fps or higher, free of artefacts. • Captions perfectly synced; audio clear at −3 dB peak max. • One round of revisions included after first draft. If this pilot episode works well, there is a full series of chapters waiting. Let me know your approach, preferred pipeline, and a sample (or link) that demonstrates similar work.
