2BHK Complete Home Interior Design – 3D Visualization & Working Drawings Project Description I am looking for an experienced Interior Designer / 3D Interior Visualizer to design the complete interiors of my 2BHK residential apartment. The apartment is approximately 733 sq.ft. carpet area. I already have the floor plan and can provide measurements, reference photos/videos and my furniture requirements. I am looking for a designer who can create a modern, practical and budget-conscious interior design suitable for actual execution. Areas to Be Designed The complete home design should cover: * Living room * TV unit * Sofa/seating area * Dining area * Kitchen * Master bedroom * Master bedroom wardrobe * Master bedroom bed/back panel * Second bedroom * Second bedroom wardrobe * Bed and storage * Entrance area * Crockery/storage unit wherever suitable * Study/work area if space permits * Common bathroom storage/mirror area * Passage/wall storage wherever practical * Overall lighting and false-ceiling concept Design Requirements I would like the design to be: * Modern and elegant * Space-efficient * Minimal but premium-looking * Easy to execute * Suitable for a practical family home * Within a reasonable overall interior budget * Based on commonly available materials and hardware in Pune I prefer practical materials such as plywood/engineered wood, laminates/acrylic finishes and branded hardware such as Hettich, depending on the application and budget. The designer should avoid unnecessarily expensive designs that are difficult to execute. Deliverables Required The selected freelancer should provide: 1. Complete 2BHK interior concept 2. 3D renders of major rooms 3. Living room 3D design 4. Kitchen 3D design 5. Master bedroom 3D design 6. Second bedroom 3D design 7. TV unit design 8. Wardrobe designs 9. Bed/back-panel designs 10. Ceiling and lighting concepts 11. Colour and material suggestions 12. Furniture layout 13. Basic dimensions for furniture 14. Wall elevations wherever required 15. Final high-resolution rendered images 16. Source/working files if available Important I am not looking only for attractive 3D renders. The design should be practical and executable by a local carpenter/interior contractor. Therefore, dimensions, storage requirements, material recommendations and construction practicality are important. I will provide: * Floor plan * Photos/videos of the actual apartment * Reference images * My furniture requirements * Budget expectations The designer should incorporate these details into the final design rather than providing a generic 2BHK design. Budget Freelancer design budget: ₹2,000–₹3,000 Please quote within or close to this budget.
