About the project

I have several projects that need immediate, photorealistic 3D visualization for both residential and commercial spaces. On the residential side, you’ll handle full-house exteriors plus key interiors such as kitchens and bedrooms; commercially, I need exteriors and interior spaces like lobbies or open-plan offices rendered with the same level of detail. My clients expect high-impact images they can drop straight into presentations and marketing decks, so clean lighting, accurate materials, and realistic staging are essential. I generally supply CAD or SketchUp models, reference photos, and a mood board—you transform them into polished stills. Tools such as 3ds Max or Blender with V-Ray, Corona, or similar render engines are perfectly fine, as long as you can turn work around quickly without sacrificing quality.
