About the project
I’m developing a new residential space and need it captured in a complete fusion-contemporary language—clean modern lines softened with select traditional accents. The work begins with clear, scaled 2D floor plans and develops through photoreal 3D renders that let me review massing, light and material choices before we ever break ground. From there, I’ll rely on you to shape the interior design so every room expresses the same blended character, down to finishes, built-ins and furniture layouts. Deliverables • 2D floor plans ready for permit and construction • High-resolution 3D renders (day and night views) • Interior design package: mood boards, material & colour schedules, furniture placement • An overall architectural style guide so later consultants stay consistent Source files in CAD/Revit (for plans) and the native 3D format plus print-ready PDFs are expected. I’ll provide my rough sketches, site photos and measurements on award; weekly progress snapshots will keep the project on track. Final approval comes once dimensions match the brief, renders accurately reflect proposed materials and the interior palette aligns with the style guide.
