Single-Family Home Interior Design
INR 12500–37500
About the project
My single-family home is already framed and the trades are on-site, so this is the perfect moment to lock down a fully-resolved interior design scheme. The architectural layout is fixed; what I need now is a creative partner who can translate my taste and the practical constraints of an active construction site into detailed, build-ready documentation. The scope is purely interior design. Every space—from entryway to bedrooms—must be planned with a consistent concept, thoughtful lighting, and finishes that fit the construction timetable. Coordination with the electricians and plumbers is important because rough-ins are still accessible, giving us freedom to adjust fixture placement before drywall closes. Please provide the following as part of your proposal and final hand-off: • Concept mood boards with annotated colour palettes and material samples • Scaled furniture plans and reflected ceiling plans (DWG or Revit + PDF) • 3D visualisations or photorealistic renders that communicate texture and lighting • A keyed finishes schedule and fixture specification sheet that the site crew can order from immediately I’ll be available for quick feedback loops and can share architectural files, site photos, and the current MEP drawings on request. If you’re comfortable working with active construction timelines and can push creative ideas while still honouring code requirements, I’d love to see how you would shape the interior of my future home.
