CTRUH supplies the 3D models. You take them into Unreal and deliver the finished film - scene assembly, materials, lighting, camera animation, post-processing and final 4K Unreal setup. Deliverables - 1 video, 60 Secs, 4K Exterior Township 1 × 60s • The film: a single continuous cinematic exterior walkthrough of the township, smooth camera movement, colour graded. • Handover: 1 × Unreal Engine File (H.264, 3840×2160, 30 fps) + Unreal project files and render settings. • No audio, no logos, no burned-in text - clean plates only.
