About the project
I have a set of ring designs in mind and need them converted into precise, print-ready CAD files. The look is unmistakably classic—timeless profiles, balanced proportions, and clean detailing—so the modelling must capture subtle curvature and stone settings with manufacturing accuracy. Your task is to translate my sketches and reference photos into watertight 3D models suitable for direct resin printing and investment casting. I’m comfortable working in Rhino, MatrixGold, or similar jewellery-focused platforms, as long as the final deliverables meet professional tolerances. Deliverables • Editable source file (3DM or equivalent) • High-resolution STL ready for 3D printing • Rendered previews for approval Acceptance criteria: dimensions match the provided spec sheet within ±0.05 mm; prong thickness, seat depth, and minimum wall requirements follow standard casting guidelines; all surfaces are manifold with no non-uniform scaling. When you submit your bid, focus on your experience crafting production-ready ring models—screenshots or links welcome. No lengthy proposal needed; a concise overview of relevant projects and tooling expertise is ideal. I’ll share sketches, finger sizes, and gemstone measurements once we agree to proceed.
