About the project

I need a set of high-quality 3D visuals for a modern bathroom concept and I’m on a tight timeline. The goal is to communicate layout, finishes, and lighting clearly enough for both client approval and contractor execution. Scope • Translate my rough sketches and inspiration images into a cohesive modern design. • Produce photorealistic still renders from at least two angles—one wide shot capturing the full space, another focused on the primary feature wall. • Supply the native model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender—whichever you prefer) along with textures so we can make minor tweaks in-house if needed. Key Points • Style must stay firmly in the Modern category: clean lines, streamlined fixtures, minimal ornamentation. • I’ll provide exact fixture dimensions and tile references as soon as we start; feel free to propose alternative products that retain the same aesthetic. • Turnaround: first draft in 48 hours, final files within 4 days. Acceptance Criteria ✓ Renders at 3000 px minimum on the long edge, neutral lighting, true-to-scale fixtures. ✓ Model organized in logical layers/groups, textures properly linked. ✓ One revision round included after the first draft.
