About the project

I need a concise, proof-of-concept design for a heavy-lifting module that will be built into new manufacturing equipment on our shop floor. The goal is to capture the idea, not produce production drawings, so speed and clarity matter more than polish—think 30 minutes of focused creativity. Here is what I’m looking for: • One or two annotated sketches or a lightweight 3D model (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or comparable) that shows the overall mechanism, load path, and motion sequence. • Brief notes on key dimensions, stroke, and estimated load capacity so I can sanity-check the concept against our 1-ton lift requirement. • A short paragraph on materials and actuation choices (hydraulic ram, screw jack, etc.) with any off-the-shelf components you’d lean on. • PDF or PNG export plus the native CAD or sketch file so I can tweak internally. Keep safety factors and CE/ISO norms in mind; serviceability and straightforward fabrication from standard steel profiles are must-haves. If you can turn this around quickly—ideally within a few hours of acceptance—you’re the right fit.
