About the project

I’m preparing to move forward with a civil-engineering project focused entirely on the structural design of a new building. I already have the architectural concept and site information; what I need now is a seasoned structural engineer who can turn those concepts into safe, code-compliant structural documents. Your role will cover the full structural package—analytical modeling in ETABS or SAP2000, detailed reinforcement schedules, and clear construction drawings in AutoCAD or Revit. I will rely on you to justify all load assumptions, meet the applicable local building code, and optimise material use without compromising safety. Deliverables I expect: • Complete calculation report (PDF) with all assumptions, load paths, and checks • Editable structural drawings (DWG or RVT) plus printable PDF set • Material and connection schedules ready for contractors • Brief design summary that highlights key decisions and any open items I’ll provide architectural plans, soil data, and any municipal guidelines the moment we start. If anything is unclear along the way, let me know—I’m happy to clarify quickly so you can stay productive.
