Traditional Alpine Resort Architectural Design

About the project

I’m developing a high-end mountain retreat and need a licensed architect to turn my vision into a full resort masterplan. The setting is an elevated site with sweeping valley views, so every building should echo classic Alpine character—timber frames, pitched roofs, generous balconies, and stone detailing that feels authentic rather than themed. Core program • Spa and wellness center (thermal pools, treatment rooms, yoga studio) integrated as the signature guest experience and visually anchored to the landscape. At this stage I’m looking for: 1. Conceptual site planning with view corridors, circulation, parking and service routes resolved. 2. Schematic architectural drawings for all primary structures, including guest lodges, reception, and the spa complex. 3. 3D exterior massing and a handful of fully textured hero renders so stakeholders can understand scale, materiality, and ambience. 4. Brief outline of structural approach and suggested local materials to keep the build economical and sustainable in alpine weather conditions. 5. A phased build strategy that shows how the spa can open first while leaving room to add future amenities like ski lifts or gourmet dining if we decide to expand. Please work in the CAD/BIM platform you’re most comfortable with—Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar—as long as final files are delivered in DWG and IFC formats for my engineer. I’ll supply a topographic survey and drone imagery once we start. Show me relevant chalet, lodge, or resort projects you’ve designed in mountainous terrain, note any experience with wellness facilities, and outline how many revision rounds are included in your fee. I’m ready to move quickly and will schedule a kickoff call within a few days of choosing the right partner.
