About the project
I need end-to-end interior design and photorealistic visualisation for my 4BHK apartment. The scope covers every major zone—living and dining areas, all bedrooms, plus the kitchen and bathrooms. What I expect: • A precise 2D AutoCAD layout reflecting my existing floor plan and furniture positioning. • High-quality 3D models with realistic lighting, materials and colour palettes. • Still renders (minimum 4K) that capture wide, detail and mood shots for each room, delivered in JPG/PNG. • Native source files (3ds Max, SketchUp or similar) so I can commission updates later if needed. Accuracy is crucial; the model must match on-site dimensions so I can hand the drawings straight to contractors. Feel free to suggest modern, minimalist or luxe themes—just keep the design cohesive across all rooms. If you can optionally supply a short animated walkthrough or VR-ready export, let me know and quote it as a separate line item. Once I approve the initial layout, I’d like to move quickly through colour and material iterations, then final renders. Please outline your typical turnaround time and any software you prefer (AutoCAD, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, etc.). I’ll share reference photos, mood boards and the current DWG as soon as we start.
