3D Sorter Machine Design
USD 30–250
About the project
I need a complete 3D CAD model of a machine that will sort mixed materials on an industrial production line. The concept is defined—I have the flow layout and dimensional constraints ready—and now I want to see it come to life as a detailed, manufacturable design. Scope of work ● Develop 3D CAD models (parts and assemblies) of the machine based on concept sketches, written specification, and technical discussions with the client. ● Produce full 2D engineering drawings with dimensions, section views, and exploded views. ● Produce a set of isometric/perspective views and rendered images suitable for inclusion. ● Produce a working simulation/video of the machine and other assemblies ● Iterate on the design based on client feedback (allow for two full revision rounds). ● Deliver final files in both native CAD format and neutral exchange formats. Deliverables ● Native CAD files: SolidWorks (.sldprt / .sldasm / .slddrw) or Autodesk Inventor (.ipt / .iam / .idw). ● Neutral formats: STEP (.step / .stp) for geometry, PDF for all drawings. ● High-resolution rendered images (PNG, minimum 300 DPI): ● Isometric hero view and exploded assembly view ● Video simulation of working machine with other assemblies Technical requirements ● Software: SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (current version). ● Drawings prepared to ISO or ASME standard (to be confirmed at kick-off).
