Interior Design Required – Digital Service Center | Approx. 120 Sq.ft I am looking for an experienced interior designer for a small Digital Service Center in Tamil Nadu, India. Space Details * Ground-floor usable area: Approx. 12 ft × 10 ft (120 sq.ft) * Overall building width: Approx. 16 ft * Approx. 4 ft staircase area is adjacent to the shop. * Some usable space is available below the staircase and can be considered for storage/utilization. * Current scope is Ground Floor only. * Site photos, sketches and detailed dimensions will be provided. Design Requirement The shop will mainly provide digital/online services to customers. The design should be simple, modern, professional and space-efficient, considering: * Customer reception/service counter * Computer workstations * Customer seating/waiting * Printer/scanner and document-handling area * Storage cabinets * Electrical and LAN/data points * CCTV and cable management * Lighting and ceiling * Branding/signboard * Effective utilization of available and under-staircase space The designer can suggest a better arrangement based on experience. Required Deliverables 1. Dimensioned 2D layout 2. Complete 3D interior design 3. Photorealistic rendered views 4. Front elevation/signboard concept 5. Basic electrical, lighting and LAN point layout 6. Furniture/counter dimensions required for fabrication 7. Material and finish specifications 8. BOQ/BOM with quantities and estimated cost in INR 9. Overall approximate interior execution cost 10. Final PDF drawings and editable source files (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Excel or equivalent) Design Process 2D Layout → Approval → 3D Design → Approval → Final Drawings + BOQ The design should follow the actual site dimensions and should be practical for execution by a local contractor. Quotation Please provide a fixed-price quotation for the complete design work and mention: * Total design fee * Completion time * Number of revisions included * Number of final 3D renders * Software used * Deliverables included/excluded Physical interior construction is not included. Design service only. Final Approval & Payment All agreed final drawings, renders, BOQ/BOM and editable source files shall be submitted for review. Final payment will be released after all agreed deliverables are received and approved. Please share a few examples of similar small commercial/shop/office interior projects completed by you.
