3D Interior & Exterior Visualization for Modern Villa – ₹6,000 Fixed Budget Project Title 3D Interior + Exterior Renders for a Multi-Level Villa – ₹6,000 Fixed Budget Project Description I am looking for a skilled 3D architectural/interior designer to create attractive and realistic 3D visualizations for my villa based on the attached architectural floor plan. The project consists of Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Terrace. The floor plan includes living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, walk-in closets, home office, terraces, sit-out, utility and parking areas. I am looking for someone who can convert the 2D plan into a beautiful, modern and practical 3D home design, rather than simply producing basic CAD-style renders. What I Need 1. Interior 3D Design Please create realistic interior concepts/renders for the most important spaces, prioritising: * Living room * Dining area * Kitchen * Master bedroom * Other bedrooms * Lounge * Home office * Key bathrooms * Walk-in closet, where practical The design should include: * Furniture * False ceiling/design elements * Lighting * Flooring * Wall finishes * Curtains/blinds * TV/entertainment unit where appropriate * Wardrobes * Kitchen cabinets and appliances * Decorative elements * Realistic material textures 2. Exterior 3D Design I would also like a modern exterior/front elevation concept based on the floor plan. The exterior should have a contemporary, elegant and premium appearance while remaining practical to construct. 3. Design Style My preferred style is: Modern | Elegant | Minimal | Warm | Premium-looking but Practical I do NOT want an excessively decorative or unrealistic luxury-hotel style. I am open to your suggestions regarding: * Colour combinations * Wood/stone finishes * Lighting * Furniture * Kitchen design * Ceiling design * Wall treatments * Exterior materials However, the architectural layout and room dimensions should be followed accurately. Deliverables Within ₹6,000 My total budget is: ₹6,000 INR FIXED Because this is a limited-budget project, please propose the maximum number of useful, high-quality renders you can realistically deliver within ₹6,000. My preference would be approximately: 8–10 good-quality renders, covering the key interior spaces + at least one strong exterior view. If you believe a different allocation would give a substantially better result, please suggest it in your proposal. I would prefer fewer excellent photorealistic renders rather than many low-quality renders. Accuracy The attached floor plan is the primary reference. Please ensure: * Room layouts are followed * Door/window positions are respected * Approximate dimensions are maintained * Furniture is realistically scaled * Circulation spaces remain practical * Kitchen and wardrobes fit the available spaces The floor plan contains dimensions for the various rooms and spaces, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, toilets, terraces, lounges and home office. Revisions Please include at least 1 reasonable round of revisions for the selected views. I may request changes to: * Colours * Furniture * Materials * Lighting * Décor Major architectural changes are outside the scope unless mutually agreed. Preferred Freelancer I am particularly interested in freelancers who have experience with: * Residential villas * Modern Indian homes * Interior visualization * Architectural visualization * 3D floor-plan interpretation * Photorealistic rendering Experience with 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray, SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape, Blender, Lumion, D5 or similar software is welcome. Your portfolio – especially villa/interior projects 2. 2–3 examples of your best residential renders 3. Which software you will use 4. How many renders you can provide for ₹6,000 5. Any suggestions you have for improving the design Important Please review the attached floor plan before submitting your proposal. I will give preference to someone who demonstrates that they have actually understood the plan and can suggest a sensible render strategy within the ₹6,000 budget.
