Piphex Robot Head Exterior CAD Design
USD 250–750
About the project
I need an experienced 3D CAD/product designer to create the accurate exterior of a friendly spherical robot head named Piphex from supplied reference images. This assignment is for exterior design and clean part separation only; I will complete the internal electronics engineering afterward. Match the reference closely from front, side, rear and three-quarter views. Target envelope is approximately 160 mm wide x 155 mm deep x 210 mm tall while preserving approved proportions. Use a hollow main shell with approximately 3 mm walls. Create separate solid bodies for the blue shell, black front face panel, black side vents/details, two eye lenses, mouth lens, forehead camera bezel and removable rear service door. Include an open neck passage. Use only functional seams between separate parts, with no decorative fake seams. Design for PETG FDM printing on a Bambu Lab P1S with a 256 mm build cube. Parts must be watertight, manifold and free of overlapping or floating geometry. Required deliverables: editable Fusion 360 source or equivalent native parametric CAD; STEP with separate solids; individual STL files; complete assembly; front, side, rear and three-quarter CAD renders; and an exploded view. STL/OBJ files or renders alone are not acceptable. Final payment requires clean editable CAD solids, the assembly and STEP/STL exports. Please show similar robot, helmet, enclosure or printable-product work and state the number of revisions included.
