About the project
My building is already under construction, the structural shell is in place and the architectural drawings are locked. What I need now is a fresh set of creative eyes dedicated solely to the façade. The brief • Style: strictly Modern—clean lines, balanced proportions, no ornate detours. • Hero feature: generous, well-framed large windows that celebrate natural light. • Material bias: glass should read as the primary skin element, with secondary finishes chosen to complement it. Scope of work 1. Study the existing plans and current site photos I will supply. 2. Produce a minimum of three distinct façade concepts that keep every opening and structural element where it is. 3. Develop realistic 3D renderings (day and night views) for each concept so I can confidently select one direction before we commit to finishes. 4. Deliver editable source files (Revit, SketchUp, or similar) plus high-resolution PNG/JPEG images I can share with the contractor. Acceptance criteria • All proposals fit the Modern aesthetic, feature large windows, and integrate glass as the dominant exterior material. • No structural changes required—only cladding, trim, and proportion tweaks. • Final images must clearly show materials, textures, and real-world lighting.
