Teach Comfy/AI Character Swaps
hr USD 8–15
About the project
I want to up-skill myself so I can turn popular, short-form videos into fun “character swap” clips. The end goal is educational—I’d like to document and later teach the process—so clarity and repeatability matter just as much as the final render. My immediate priority is mastering character motions inside Comfy/AI. We will start by taking an existing viral clip that I will supply and replacing the main figure with a new character while keeping the timing, gestures, and expressions intact. Once I’m comfortable with the movement workflow, we can move on to voice replacement, but for now the brief is purely motion-focused. Here’s what I need from you: • A live, screen-shared session (or a clearly narrated video walkthrough) showing your complete Comfy/AI node-graph, settings, and any preprocessing steps. • A downloadable project file so I can reopen the exact setup on my machine and experiment. • Simple troubleshooting tips: how to avoid common artefacts, how to tweak motion matching when the source footage isn’t perfect, and any must-know shortcuts. • A short checklist I can follow after our session to recreate the result on a different clip. If you have experience combining Comfy/AI with supporting tools (e.g., Blender or After Effects) to polish the output, feel free to mention that, but please keep the focus on native Comfy/AI motion control for this first phase. Looking forward to learning your workflow.
