About the project

My team is finalising a seven-storey BPO tower and I need a striking, fully resolved exterior elevation to complement the internal layout we already have. The vision is unmistakably modern, with a sleek glass façade acting as the primary skin. Think high transparency, rhythmic mullion lines, and subtle shading that projects confidence to clients while keeping glare and heat under control. Here’s what I need from you: • A concept elevation (front and side) presented as high-resolution renders plus the native 3D file. • Annotated drawings that call out the glazing system, mullion pattern, sun-shades or fins, and any energy-efficient detailing you propose. • A concise material palette focused on glass (specify type, tint, U-value) and compatible framing/secondary cladding so our quantity surveyor can cost it quickly. • Two revision cycles to fine-tune proportions, colours, or lighting effects once the stakeholders weigh in. I primarily work in AutoCAD and Revit, so please make sure your deliverables import smoothly into that ecosystem; SketchUp or Rhino is fine for the concept stage as long as final DWG or RVT files are provided. If you prefer visualisation tools like Lumion or Twinmotion, go ahead—just include the export. Timelines are tight—an initial concept within a week, final package a week after feedback.
