I need complete CAM programming carried out in AutoCAD for a variety of mechanical components—everything from general machine parts and intricate tools & dies to automotive pieces. The core of the work revolves around gear systems, so accurate tooth profiles, backlash allowances, and smooth tool-paths are essential. I will supply the 2D/3D drawings and any required material specs; your job is to generate clean, collision-free CAM data ready for CNC. Please share examples of similar projects you have programmed so I can gauge surface finish quality, cycle-time optimisation, and your overall approach. Deliverables I expect: • Native AutoCAD files with all layers intact • Post-processed NC code compatible with Haas and Fanuc controllers • A brief run-sheet outlining tool selection, feeds, speeds, and setup notes • Verification screenshots or reports proving the tool-paths are error-free The output should drop straight into the shop floor workflow with no extra tweaking, so precision and professionalism are non-negotiable.
