About the project
I have a 437 m² plot in Vizovice and need a complete architectural concept for a practical two-storey masonry house with a classic gable roof in a traditional style. The layout must comfortably serve two adults and two future children and include: • master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe • two children’s rooms • a separate, quiet home office • combined living, kitchen and dining area that connects smoothly to a terrace and private garden • single-car garage plus one outdoor parking space • generous storage and a compact utility room • low-energy features: photovoltaic array, heat-recovery ventilation and provision for an EV charger I’m aiming for functionality and cost-efficiency rather than a luxury statement, so please prioritise simple detailing, sensible construction methods and proven materials compatible with Czech building standards. Deliverables I expect: 1. Concept drawings (site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections) 2. A lightweight 3D model I can explore—please build it yourself; do not rely solely on AI generators 3. Basic energy-performance outline showing how your proposal meets low-energy targets 4. A short written explanation of material choices and cost-saving strategies Once we agree to proceed I’ll share a detailed brief with survey, regulations and photos of the surrounding context. To help me shortlist quickly, include examples of comparable family houses you’ve already designed—especially those in a traditional aesthetic.
