3D Exhibition Booth Rendering
INR 600–1500
About the project
My brand will occupy a compact 3 m × 3 m space at an upcoming show, and I need a striking 3D concept that puts promotion front and centre. You will handle the full creative cycle—from an initial spatial layout through to photorealistic renders and a structural model that a stand builder can follow without guesswork. Key requirements • Integrate the lighting fixtures and product display shelves seamlessly into the composition so they feel designed-in, not added-on. • Respect several signature design elements I will provide (logo treatments, pattern work, and hero graphics) so the booth is unmistakably ours. • Deliver high-resolution images from multiple angles plus the native scene file (3ds Max, SketchUp, or comparable) and a simple build drawing that indicates materials, dimensions, and fixing points. I value modern lines, efficient traffic flow, and visuals that pop on social media, so feel free to recommend textures, colour accents, or LED techniques that advance that goal. Once we agree on a direction, I expect at least two refined render passes for feedback before final sign-off. Please attach or link a few examples of previous exhibition booths you have designed so I can quickly gauge fit and style. Looking forward to seeing how you can turn nine square metres into a memorable brand showcase.
